How it works

Ask for a price
Tell your assistant the pickup, destination, date, time and number of people. It gets the fixed prices of all four vehicle classes straight from us.

Prepare the booking
Choose a class and give your name, e-mail and mobile number. The assistant prepares the booking and gives you a link.

Book yourself
The link opens our summary with all details and the price. You check everything, tick the box for the terms and privacy policy and click “Book with obligation to pay” yourself.

This is what a conversation can look like. The prices in the example are our current fixed prices.

You I land in Vienna on Friday at 14:30 and need to get to Stephansplatz. We are two people with two suitcases. How much is it?
Assistant From Vienna Airport to the 1st district there is a fixed price per car: Business Class € 69, Business Estate € 79, Business Van € 99, First Class € 129. Which class would you like?
You Business Class, please.
Assistant Sure. For the booking I need your first and last name, your e-mail address and your mobile number with country code. What is your flight number?

Your ride is booked only after your click on our page. The confirmation comes by e-mail.

Your assistant only needs our address. Enter it exactly as shown here. You need no account and no password.

In the Claude settings, add a custom connector with this address:

Assistants that support MCP get the same address as a custom connector. Whether and where this works depends on the app and the plan.

It does not book for you. Your ride is booked only when you click “Book with obligation to pay” on our page yourself.
It does not pay. You pay the chauffeur after the ride, in cash or by card. No prepayment, no card details.
It does not change or cancel bookings. For that, reach us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
It gets our fixed prices straight from us. The price that counts is the one you see on our summary page before you book. If a ride has no instant price, you get the link to our request form.
It does not book a chauffeur by the hour: it gives you the estimated price, and you send us a request.

Your assistant only sends us what we need for your ride.

For the price: pickup and destination, date, time, number of people and suitcases. The quote is valid for 30 minutes; we store it encrypted and without names.
For the prepared booking: first and last name, e-mail address and mobile number, plus flight number, child seats, Meet & Greet and your message if given. We use them to fill in our booking page for you. We store them encrypted; only someone with the link can read them. The link works for at most 48 hours and only until pickup. After that it no longer works, and we delete the details at the next automatic clean-up.
Until you click, no booking goes to our dispatch and no e-mail is sent.
If a route is neither within our zones nor among our fixed destinations, our server works out the distance for the per-kilometre price with Google Maps, as for a booking on our website. Only pickup and destination go to Google for this.
To prevent misuse we keep the IP address the request comes from: with Claude or ChatGPT that of the provider, with Claude Code or your own software your own. We delete it after 30 days.
What your AI provider does with the conversation is governed by its own terms.
