For assistants and office managers
One e-mail is all it takes
Send us the guest’s name, flight number and destination – we reply with a written confirmation including fixed price, vehicle class and the chauffeur’s contact number. Changes and cancellations are accepted by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
Your guest is met in the arrivals hall with a name sign, with your company name on it if you wish. The chauffeur tracks the flight; 60 minutes of waiting time are included. The guest pays nothing in the car – the invoice comes to you.
For recurring journeys – staff, consulting teams, trade-fair visits – we agree set procedures and, on request, a monthly consolidated invoice with cost centres or project numbers.

Airport – Vienna from € 79 per vehicle, unchanged at night and at weekends. Hourly hire from € 95 per hour.
Written confirmation
Every journey confirmed by e-mail with time, vehicle, price and chauffeur contact – ready to forward to the guest.
Several guests, one time
For delegations and teams we provide several cars, the Business Van for up to 6 passengers or a minibus on request.

How we work with your office

Set-up
You give us the invoice address, VAT ID and a contact person. We set up your company – no contract, no minimum spend.

Booking
By e-mail, WhatsApp or phone: guest, flight, destination, vehicle class. Confirmation with fixed price shortly afterwards.

Journey
Name-sign welcome, flight tracking, 60 minutes of waiting time included. The guest is told who will meet them.

Invoicing
Invoice per journey or consolidated monthly, with cost centre and journey details, 14-day payment terms.

Common questions from business clients
Can journeys be booked on invoice?
Yes. We invoice your company with VAT ID, 14-day payment terms. Your guest pays nothing in the car.
Is there a monthly consolidated invoice?
On request. You then receive one invoice a month listing every journey with date, route, passenger and – if you wish – cost centre or project number.
How late can an assistant still book?
We are available 24/7. Short-notice requests are taken by phone or WhatsApp; we tell you immediately whether a car is free.
Can the name sign show our company name?
Yes. Tell us the wording you prefer – company name, logo or a neutral phrase if the guest is to be met discreetly.
Do you offer terms for regular journeys?
For companies with regular needs we are happy to discuss terms. There is no minimum spend and no contractual commitment.
