Common questions about hotel transfers
Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, if you book Meet & Greet (€ 12 per ride). Your chauffeur waits there with a name sign, right after customs. Without Meet & Greet, your chauffeur calls you after landing and tells you where to meet.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
Can the hotel book the ride for me?
Yes. Reception or the concierge can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or the request form. The confirmation goes to the hotel or to you.
How do I book the ride back to the airport?
Online, like your ride from the airport. You choose the pickup time – allow time for check-in and security. The chauffeur waits in the lobby or outside the entrance.
