From the platform straight into the car
A railway station has no arrivals hall like an airport – which makes a clear meeting point all the more important. We agree it when you book: your chauffeur stands with a name sign at the end of the platform or at a fixed point in the concourse and accompanies you to the car outside.
We follow the train on the ÖBB live data. If it arrives late, the pickup moves with it; 20 minutes of waiting time after the scheduled arrival are included. For longer delays we stay in touch by phone.
The most common journey is the connection to Vienna Airport: from the central station it takes around 20–35 minutes. We are just as happy to take you to your hotel, home or an appointment in town – and back to the train on the day you leave.

Common questions about station pickups
Where exactly do I meet the chauffeur at the central station?
In the main concourse by the Südtiroler Platz exit, with a name sign. On request the chauffeur comes to the end of your platform – give us the train number and coach for that.
What happens if my train is delayed?
We follow the train and adjust the pickup. 20 minutes of waiting time after the scheduled arrival are included; beyond that € 25 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
How long does the journey from the central station to the airport take?
Around 20–35 minutes along the A4. We recommend allowing the usual time for check-in and security.
How much does the journey from the station to the airport cost?
From the central station € 79 in Business Class, from Meidling and Westbahnhof € 89 – per vehicle, all inclusive. Business Van and First Class are listed in the table.
Do you also collect groups or passengers with a lot of luggage?
Yes. The Business Van takes up to 6 passengers with 6 suitcases; for larger groups we combine vehicles or provide a minibus on request.
