Common questions about station pickups
Where do I meet the chauffeur at Vienna Hauptbahnhof?
In the main hall by the Südtiroler Platz exit. With Meet & Greet (€ 12 per ride), your chauffeur waits with a name sign. They can also meet you on the platform if you give us your train and carriage number.
What if my train is delayed?
The first 20 minutes of waiting after the scheduled arrival are free. After that, € 25 for every 30 minutes or part of it.
How long is the ride from the Hauptbahnhof to the airport?
About 20–35 minutes on the A4 motorway. Allow time for check-in and security.
How much is the ride from the station to the airport?
From the Hauptbahnhof € 69, from Meidling and Westbahnhof € 89. This is for Business Class, per car, also at night and at weekends. The other classes are in the table.
