Cancellation
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, or if you do not show up, we may charge the agreed fixed price.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. One person or 3 people in Business Class pay the same price.
Are there any extra fees?
Only for extras like Meet & Greet (€ 12 per ride) or child seats (€ 10 per seat). Extra waiting costs € 25 for every 30 minutes or part of it. VAT is included.
How is the district determined?
By the postcode of your address. 1010 to 1110: city centre and inner districts. 1120 to 1230: outer districts.
Can I pay in another currency or by bank transfer?
You pay your chauffeur in euros, in cash or by card. Business clients get an invoice for bank transfer.
