Cancellation

Free up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup – by e-mail or telephone. For later cancellations or no-shows the agreed fixed price may be charged.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. Whether one person or 3 people travel in Business Class makes no difference to the price.

Are there any additional fees?

No. VAT, meet & greet, waiting time, child seats, night and weekend journeys and card payment are included. Only stops along the way (€ 15) and waiting time beyond the allowance (€ 25 per 30 minutes or part thereof) are charged extra.

How is the district determined?

By the postcode of your address: 1010 to 1110 count as the city centre and inner districts, 1120 to 1230 as the outer districts.

Can I pay in another currency or by bank transfer?

With your chauffeur you pay in euros, cash or card. Business clients receive an invoice for bank transfer.
