The route
Along the A4 into the city
Vienna International Airport lies around 20 kilometres south-east of the centre. Your chauffeur takes the A4 motorway and reaches the Ring, Stephansplatz or the hotel quarter around Kärntner Strasse in about 25–35 minutes, depending on the time of day and your destination.
The city centre and the adjoining districts 1 to 9 form a single price zone. Innere Stadt, Leopoldstadt, Landstrasse or Alsergrund: the fixed price is the same whatever the exact address.
Inside the Ring there are pedestrian zones and one-way streets; our chauffeurs know the access routes to the hotels and stop as close to the entrance as the road allows.

Every address with a postcode from 1010 to 1090 lies in the city-centre zone. We drive to districts up to 1110 at the same price.

The journey into town, step by step

Flight number, destination address, passengers – that is all we need. We confirm vehicle and fixed price by e-mail.

Landing
Your chauffeur tracks the flight and waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall. 60 minutes of waiting time are included.

Journey
Along the A4 into the city, around 25–35 minutes. Water is waiting, the luggage is stowed.

Arrival
We stop as close to the entrance as possible and help with the luggage. Payment in cash, by card or by invoice.

How long does the journey from the airport to the city centre take?
Usually 25–35 minutes for around 20 kilometres along the A4. In rush hour we allow a little more time.
How much does the transfer to the city centre cost?
€ 79 in Business Class, € 99 in the Business Van, € 129 in First Class – per vehicle, all inclusive, valid for postcodes 1010 to 1110.
Does the price also apply to the 2nd or 9th district?
Yes. The city-centre zone covers postcodes 1010 to 1110, which includes every address from the 1st to the 9th district as well as Favoriten and Simmering.
Can the chauffeur stop right outside a hotel in the pedestrian zone?
Hotels inside the pedestrian zones may be approached for loading and unloading. Your chauffeur uses the designated hotel access and accompanies you with the luggage to the entrance.
How many passengers and suitcases fit in the car?
Business Class and First Class take up to 3 passengers with one large suitcase each; the Business Van up to 6 passengers with 6 suitcases. For larger groups we combine vehicles.
