Landing
We see the landing time in real time. Your chauffeur arrives so that he is in the hall before you are.

Luggage
Passport control and baggage reclaim take as long as they take – 60 minutes are allowed for.

Right at the exit you see your name. A short nod is enough; the chauffeur takes the luggage.

Waiting time starts with the actual landing or arrival, not the scheduled one. There is no need to get in touch.

Frequently asked questions
Does meet & greet cost extra?
No. The welcome in the arrivals hall with a name sign is included in every pickup at the airport and at the train station – from € 79 for the transfer into the city centre.
What is written on the name sign?
Your surname or a text of your choice, such as the name of your company or your guest. On request we leave out any logo.
I cannot find my chauffeur – what should I do?
Stay at the exit of the arrivals hall and call us on +43 676 770 41 59. We are available 24/7 and will connect you with your chauffeur straight away.
How long does the chauffeur wait?
60 minutes after landing on international flights, 45 minutes on domestic flights, 20 minutes at the train station. After that € 25 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
Does meet & greet also work for guests I invite?
Yes. Book the pickup in your guest’s name; we take care of the welcome and the journey, and you receive the invoice.
