What does the ride from Vienna Airport to the city cost?
From Vienna Airport to an address in Vienna, you pay Belvedere Chauffeur a fixed price per car. In Business Class (Sedan), the ride costs € 69 to the city centre and inner districts and € 89 to the outer districts. The price is the same in both directions.

A chauffeur by the hour from Belvedere Chauffeur in Vienna costs from € 95 per hour, for at least 2 hours. After that, each hour or part of it costs the hourly rate of your car class. What do day trips and long-distance rides cost?
From Vienna, Belvedere Chauffeur takes you to fixed destinations at a fixed price per car. On a day trip, the chauffeur waits at the destination and brings you back to your pickup address. A one-way ride ends at the destination, and the opposite direction costs the same. Three examples:

The Wachau valley day trip takes 8 hours, the Prague day trip 12 hours. On these rides, tolls and the motorway vignette are part of the price, on day trips parking as well. What does the price depend on?
At Belvedere Chauffeur, the price depends on these points:
- Car class: Business Class (Sedan), Business Estate, Business Van (Minivan) or First Class (Luxury sedan).
- Service: a ride to or from the airport, a long-distance ride, a chauffeur by the hour or a day trip.
- Duration: the hours you book, on a day trip the hours of the offer.
- Zone: for rides between Vienna Airport and Vienna, the postcode of your address.
Fixed prices apply to the destinations named here. For other destinations, the booking or the request shows the price. Time of day, day of the week and payment method do not change the price, and it is per car, not per person.
What is included, and what costs extra?
The fixed price of a ride with Belvedere Chauffeur includes:
- Waiting time at the airport: up to 60 min
- Flight tracking
- No night or weekend surcharge
- Card payment with no fee
Extras are charged on top. You see the amount before you book, and you only pay for extra waiting time if it happens.

How do I pay, and until when can I cancel for free?
You pay Belvedere Chauffeur after the ride, to your chauffeur, in cash or by card, in euros. There is no prepayment, and you need no card details to book.
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, or if you do not show up, we may charge the full fare. The rules are in our terms and conditions.

How much is a Business Class car from Vienna to Prague?
The one-way ride costs € 750 per car, incl. VAT, and the Prague day trip with 12 hours costs € 1,170. Tolls and the vignette for Austria and the Czech Republic are part of the price. In First Class, the one-way ride costs € 1,180.
Does the ride to Vienna Airport cost the same as the ride from the airport?
Yes. The fixed price between Vienna Airport and your address in Vienna is the same in both directions, for example € 69 per car, incl. VAT, in Business Class to the inner districts. You book the outward and the return ride as two rides.
Does the ride cost more if there is traffic?
No. On a ride at a fixed price, for example from Vienna Airport to the city, traffic does not change the price. On a booking by the hour, time counts: after the first 2 hours, each hour or part of it costs the hourly rate of your car class.
How much more does First Class cost?
From Vienna Airport to the inner districts, you pay € 129 in First Class (Luxury sedan) and € 69 in Business Class, each per car, incl. VAT. By the hour, it is € 139 instead of € 95 per hour. First Class has a long wheelbase and massage seats.
