New: ask ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants for our fixed prices
In short
Since 15 October 2026 your AI assistant can get the fixed prices of Belvedere Chauffeur (taxi-belvedere.at) for all 4 vehicle classes straight from us and prepare a booking. You get a review link, see all details and the price there, and book yourself. Nothing is booked without your click.

Are you planning your trip to Vienna with ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant? If your app supports it, it can now also prepare your ride with Belvedere Chauffeur. It then does not need to search the internet for a price. It gets it straight from us: the same fixed price as in our booking form, per car and not per person.
What is new?
There is now a direct connection between your AI assistant and our fixed prices. It works in three steps:
- Ask for a price: Tell your assistant the pickup, destination, date, time and number of people. It gets the fixed prices of all classes from us.
- Prepare the booking: Choose a class and give your name, e-mail and mobile number. The assistant gives you a link.
- Book yourself: The link opens our summary with all details and the price. You check everything and click "Book with obligation to pay" yourself.
You pay the chauffeur after the ride, in cash or by card. An example conversation is on our page Book with your AI assistant.
What can you ask the assistant?
Your assistant knows the same rides as our price page: airport transfers, day trips, long-distance rides and rides to other airports. For a chauffeur by the hour it gives an estimated price. Some examples:

Extra charges
Extras are charged on top: Meet & Greet at Vienna Airport (€ 12 per ride) and child seats (€ 10 per seat). Tell your assistant what you need, and it shows up with its price on our summary. On day trips you pay admission and meals yourself.
What can the assistant not do?
It does not book, it does not pay, and it does not change or cancel bookings. The decision stays with you: your ride is booked only when you click "Book with obligation to pay" on our page yourself. The price that counts is always the one you see there before you book.
If a ride has no instant price, the assistant gets no price from us, but the link to our request form. It does not book a chauffeur by the hour: you get the estimated price and send us a request.
Which AI assistants can do this?
AI assistants that support MCP and let you add your own connection, for example Claude and ChatGPT. Whether and where this works depends on the app and the plan. We have no influence on that.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that connects AI apps to other systems, in this case to our fixed prices. For your own software, the same functions are available as a JSON interface, described in the open OpenAPI format.

What happens to your data?
Your assistant only sends us what we need for your ride. Until you click, no booking goes to our dispatch and no e-mail is sent. What your AI provider does with the conversation is governed by its own terms. All details are in the section "Your data" on our page Book with your AI assistant.
Questions and answers
Does the ride cost more if I use an AI assistant?
No. You pay the same fixed price as in the booking form on our website. Whether your AI app itself costs anything is up to your provider.
How long is the price from my assistant valid?
The quote is valid for 30 minutes. The review link works for up to 48 hours and only until pickup, for day trips until 24 hours before. After that, simply ask your assistant again.
Can the assistant also prepare a day trip?
Yes, like any other ride. It is booked only after your click. Day trips need at least 24 hours' notice.
