New Year's Eve 2026 in Vienna: with your chauffeur there and back at the agreed time

How does New Year's Eve with a chauffeur work?
Your chauffeur picks you up, takes you there and waits nearby until you call.
- Choose the duration and the car, then request the hours for 31 December.
- We confirm the price and the car by email.
- In the evening, your chauffeur picks you up at your hotel or at home.
- They take you there and wait nearby. Agree with them when to move on.
- Call them when you want to go back. They take you home or to your hotel.

How much does New Year's Eve with a chauffeur cost?
You pay by the hour, minimum 2 hours. An example: pickup at 8 pm, back at 1 am. The right-hand column of the table shows what this costs.

If you stay longer, each extra hour or part of it costs the hourly rate of your car class. For up to 8 people, choose the Business Van. The hourly chauffeur calculator shows the price for your duration.
Where does your chauffeur pick you up when the city centre is celebrating?
As close as is allowed that night. Agree on the exact place with your chauffeur.
The Vienna New Year's Eve Trail runs on 31 December 2026 from 2 pm to 2 am, with free entry. It goes from Freyung via Graben and Stephansplatz to Neuer Markt. There are eight locations in total, including Rathausplatz and the Prater (source: wien.info).
Many people are out around the trail, and some streets may be closed to cars. Which streets will be closed in 2026 is not known yet (as of 26 October 2026). Agree on the pickup place for the ride back with your chauffeur on the way there.
Flying on 31 December or 1 January?
Then book your airport transfer online at a fixed price. From Vienna Airport to the inner districts, it costs from € 69, per car, incl. VAT. We drive on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day too.
If your chauffeur picks you up at the airport, we track your flight. After landing, they wait up to 60 minutes for international flights. With Meet & Greet (€ 12 per ride), they wait with a name sign at the exit of the arrivals hall.
You request the hours for the evening, but you book the airport transfer online straight away.
What does the hourly rate include, and what not?
Included in the hourly rate:
- Chauffeur and car for the whole booked time
- All waiting time during that time
- No surcharge for nights, weekends or card payment
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start
Not in the price:
- Entry tickets and food
- Each hour beyond the booked time (at the hourly rate of your class)

Questions about New Year's Eve with a chauffeur
How early should I send my request?
As early as you can. Send us the date, start time, duration and pickup address. We confirm the price and the car by email.
What if we want to celebrate longer after midnight?
Call your chauffeur. If they are free afterwards, you can extend on the spot, at the hourly rate of your car class. New Year's Eve is a busy night, so it is better to request a little more time from the start.
Does New Year's Eve cost more than another evening?
No. The hourly rate of your class applies. There is no surcharge for nights, weekends, public holidays or card payment.
